The Coalition for a Drug-Free Clermont County provides education to adults and youth regarding the impact of substance use and abuse. Activities of the Coalition are funded through a mini-grant awarded by the Clermont County Mental Health and Recovery Board. The Clermont County Mental Health and Recovery Board received a two-year Strategic Prevention Framework State Incentive Grant (SPF-SIG) to build a sustainable, culturally and linguistically competent alcohol and other drug prevention infrastructure for Clermont County. The Coalition for a Drug-Free Clermont County and Clermont Recovery Center were selected to implement this grant. The primary goal of the grant is to decrease the number of 18-25 year olds misusing prescription medications. The process will include:
